Roman River Trees LTD was recently contracted to fell a beautiful oak tree in the Beaulieu Park development in Chelmsford, Essex.
As professional tree surgeons operating across Essex, we definitely feel that it was a shame that this beautiful oak tree specimen had to be felled. Oak trees are a wonder of our landscape and such a magnificent tree adds so much character to our countryside. Unfortunately, development gets in the way, and this tree required our specialist tree surgery services to fell it professionally. Our tree surgeons worked with an ecological consultant whilst cutting down the tree as the consultant needed to monitor the presence of bats.
Such a tree is felled in stages and the photo below shows our very own Gordon Dewdney (Essex’s finest Tree Surgeon) working with his favourite chainsaw safely at ground level!
